The "Best Hit Kayousai 2005" award ceremony was aired on November 21st, 9PM Japan time. The nominees were all chosen based on their CD sales. The winner of each respective category were chosen by fan votes online. This year's ultimate winner is EXILE for their song, "Exit." This is the second year (in a row) that the group takes home this award. On another hand, Yuna Ito respectively takes home the award for "Best New Artist."
