Singing Passionately Touring Again After Two Years [ Oricon News ] - April 6th 2007 After nearly two years of absence from the concert scene, Mika Nakashima started her national tour "Yes My Joy" on April 6th 2007; At the Ichihara Civic Hall in Chiba.
Mika Nakashima appeared in a sexy beige dress with black embroidery, which she personally chose while visiting New York City in the US. She performed "Mienai Hoshi," the theme song to NTV's hit drama "Haken no Hinkaku." Also from the 20 song set, Mika passionately sang "Hitoiro," the theme song to last year's movie "NANA 2." Because it has been a while since Mika graced the big stage on her own, there was a bit of nervousness: "If I fail, I'm sorry! It happens suddenly, probably different than on TV...?" But still, the 1400 smiling fans in the concert hall were all very excited. Her current album "YES," which released on March 14th, have recorded really good sales. 100,000 fans will be able to see Mika perform live at one of her 43 concert stops, through July 25th.
